1. PRODUKSI
Requirements:
- Usia maksimal 24 tahun.
- Lulusan D3/S1 Teknik Mesin/Elektronika/Mekatronika.
- Terbuka untuk fresh graduate
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator atau staff produksi di perusahaan farmasi atau FMCG menjadi nilai tambah
- Penempatan di Pulo Gadung
2. PRODUCT INNOVATION SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Conducting preclinical tests and clinical trials for new and exsisting products.
- Selecting and preparing the necessary pharmacological data for the registration process of new products, local and export
- Check the authentication of the product claims both in leaflets and other promotional materials related to scientific issues.
- Arranging material from product knowledge training for the sales force team
- Ensuring all Product Innovation activities of the organization meet the requirements
- Provide input to improve the manufacturing process
- Undertaking new product development and innovation
- Choosing the right design concept and fundamental technology to use for new products or upgrades for existing products to ensure competitive pricing
- Oversee projects in Product Innovation, process and performance reports, data and analysis
- Negotiating contracts with consulting firms to conduct research or studies
- Determine the Functional Product Benefit of the products on the platform, including the amount of active substance needed and scientifically justifiable of the products.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor of Pharmacy / Biology Medical Apothecary (Profession).
- Min. work experiences in related fields 3 years.
- Have work experience in FMCG company, preferred
- Project management, marketing research, quality management system, HACCP, ISO, GMP, FSSC,
- Sanitation 7 Hygiene, Presentation have computer skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail, results oriented, can work under pressure, good communication skills, have high coordination, delegation, and enthusiasm
- Wiling to be located in PT BINTANG TOEDJOE Head Office, Pulo Mas, Jakarta Timur
