1. MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Conduct market research and perform telemarketing
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive
- Candidat must be posses bachelor degree
- Maximum 35 years old
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
2. PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying)
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
- Manage and negotiate with various agency and vendor to support marketing activities
- Female, maximum 30 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or Mass Communication.
- Having relationships with media, community and business contacts that have delivered.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media networks and related tools.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Fluent in English (written) and Computer Literate.
- Communication and presentation skills
- Creative and Initiative
